This summer house is made from 64 x 38mm dressed framing with 12mm shiplap exterior as standard (19mm T&G optional)
- 10ft x 10ft (including 2ft veranda – 10ft x 8ft internal size)
- The roof is covered in 22kg green mineral felt.
- The floor is made from 19mm T&G flooring.
- Includes bay window and a 2ft veranda
