Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept online credit card payment using Switch, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until we have confirmed delivery or pickup. There will be an additional 1% charge on all credit / debit card transactions.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, in the post or online using our secure, fully encrypted site.

Delivery (Scotland only) Delivery is free within a 25 mile radius of Cupar, Edinburgh, and Glasgow (Mainland Scotland).
If you are outwith this area or if there is a delivery charge on your purchase Forestcraft will contact you prior to processing your order to confirm the cost of delivery.
There is a charge for delivery of Fencing materials at £15 per order.
We will only process your order once we have your approval.
Cost of delivery will be invoiced with your delivery.
Forestcraft reserve the right not to deliver / erect structures at the discretion of delivery staff.

Delivery Schedule When you place your order we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Failure to accept delivery at a pre-arranged time may result in additional delivery charges.
For Customer pick-up please specify which branch you would like to collect from and we will let you know when it is ready for collection.
Delivery is Monday to Friday.

Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is included in all prices indicated.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
